Her escape from her captors is still under investigation, due to the circumstances in which she was discovered. People near the labs location (they never even knew it was there) reported hearing explosions, and something that sounded like Godzilla’s distinctive roar,. Afterward, those sent to investigate found her curled into a ball in the bottom of a giant foot print, weeping. Identification of what made the print is still inconclusive.

After staying in custody of the government for a week, (it’s during this time that she was able to sample real food, and was introduced to television) DK high was contacted about her, and Melinna was sent to evaluate the girl and bring her back if deemed that she could be brought into the school with out endangering anyone (more than usual).

On her first outing, Mandy was showing her around the town, when they ran across the Mazinger sisters. While Mandy discussed things with Zoe, Kaze attempted to get Jura out of her shell. After a little while (and some help from Maizy) they had her giggling like a kid. She and Kaze have been friends since, (and it looks like they are well on their way to becoming more than friends very soon)

Unlike most K-girls, especially the G-girls, Jura is soft spoken, and prefers to be left alone in the background most of the time. The only times she willing steps into the spotlight is when she is on the soccer field, and at that point, I pity anyone opposing her.

It is important to note, that while Jura is more likely than most to try and avoid conflict, anyone that pushes her into fighting is going to regret it. Her beam attacks are a match for Gina’s and potentially Crystal as well. Added to this, is the strange “shockwave” ability she has where she releases energy in a field around herself, forcing things away from her, and discharging energy into anything attached to her. (for example, she told us that once her “keepers” shot her with a taser, and after the initial jolt, she sent the charge back into the gun and the shooter. She was then shocked into unconsciousness via her collar.

While normally a quiet girl, Jura has more than a bit of a temper once you get her going. (and may god have mercy on you, because she won’t). Given her background, it understandably takes effort to make her lash out in that kind of manner, but certain points will send her into a rage in short order. Those being if someone she cares for is harmed, she is purposely attacked, (as in the main target of an attack. She understands that at the school, things happen, and not everything is aimed at her.) or if someone makes a joke about putting a slave collar on someone. (Gabrelle made a crack about Kaze having “such a cute pet, but Where was her collar and leash?” It took Kaze, Zoe, Giganna, and Gina, to pull Jura off of Gabrelle before she could twist her red head off.)

Physical appearance:

Dark grey (nearly black) body, with lighter coloring across belly and chest area (much like Kiga). Neon blue hair (shoulder length), and golden brown eyes.

When Jura is angry, you can literally see flames dancing in her eyes.
