One of the most human k-girls ever seen on Earth (who the possible exception of Ebi), little is known of Daimajinko’s past, though it is known that she hails from the Japanese countryside. Daimajinko’s appearance is like that of a teenage human girl, normally seen dressed in medieval-looking Japanese armour instead of her fuku (while Millena and Mandy were first opposed to this, they suddenly changed their minds after Daimajinko requested to have a word in private with them).

When she first came to Daikaiju High Daimajinko was highly optimistic to all of the new girls she met, though this demeanour changed somewhat upon encounter with girls like Crystal, Bai Xiong and Dizzy. The former two, as well as Kazira, have grown to be her most hated (for want of a better word) enemies, due to their manipulative schemes and dominating behavior towards the weaker girls. In a truly incredible display of disconcern for her own safety Daimajinko once attacked Bai Xiong while she was picking on Imomu; not only sending the goth reeling with a flurry of tremors and melee attacks, but also earning the eternal friendship of the young worm-girl (after her pleading, crying face begged her to stop fighting). After this encounter, however, Kazira (considered by many to be Bai Xiong's lover) has made it her task to constantly harass both Imomu and Daimajinko (something that will, sooner or later, lead to an engagement between Kazira and the younger girl).

Another friend of Daimajinko’s is Ghidra, who, for reasons known only to herself, seems interested in learning more about the young girls past. Interestingly enough, Cessy has also made good friends with Daimajinko, perhaps partly due to the fact that both are ‘descended’ from golem-like kaiju.

One of Daimajinko’s most peculiar abilities is her body. While it seems to be made up of human flesh and muscle, any wounds inflicted will not bleed blood, but sand, and the wounds will close up in a matter of seconds no matter how serious, a fact which was instrumental in Daimajinko defeat of Bai Xiong who, had it not been for Daimajinko's unique body, could have soundly beaten the younger girl thanks to her massive battle power.
